What we offer:
Competitive base salary starting from 85,000 RUB + 7% commission for the Day Shift, and 100,000 RUB + 7% commission for the Night Shift
Our employees earn 350,000–500,000 RUB/month on average, with top performers earning significantly more
Salary is paid twice a month, performance bonuses daily!

International client base in the fintech and investment sectors (hot and warm leads only, no cold calls)

What we're looking for:
Strong communication skills and motivation to succeed
Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (additional languages are a plus)
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced digital environment
Willingness to learn and develop in sales
Experience in sales is welcomed, but not essential at all
Your tasks and duties:
Communication with clients in English (consultations, support)
Working with objections and client retention
Identifying needs and offering solutions
